Order Processing
Once the order is placed you receive an email confirmation. You do not pay until order is shipped: required amount will be locked but still remain on your card account. In your statement transaction will be shown as "Pending". Funds will be collected only when we actually dispatch your order and give you the tracking number. With this number you can track the progress of your parcel from a warehouse to your doorstep.
Please give us some time to prepare your order. Usually it takes around 3 workdays to dispatch a parcel, but in some cases it may take a little longer.
Shipping Method
Most orders are sent via EMS Express service due to its speed and reliability. This method provides full detailed tracking coverage from the dispatch until the arrival. In order to guarantee delivery all parcels are securely packed and do not disclose their contents. For some countries however Registered Airmail is used instead of EMS. In these cases tracking options may be limited to delivery report only.

Each order is provided with a unique tracking number which lets you monitor the progress of you parcel. This tracking is available online by EMS and your local post (USPS in USA, Royal Mail in Great Britain, etc.). All necessary links you will find in an email confirmation of dispatch.
