When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped. That email will provide tracking information for your package. You will then be able to go online to the courier website and track your package, or you can track it over the phone.
When the item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. However, if the item is not in stock, it will normally take five to seven business days before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is shipped and you will then be able to figure out the arrival time based on the shipping method you have chosen.
